I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The hotel facilities were great, and the staff was super helpful and accommodating. The cleanliness of the room and the common areas was excellent, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of options to choose from. the location of the hotel in the mountains was amazing, with easy access to transportation and parking.

Great experience in the mountains! The hotel has an amazing location, surrounded by beautiful forest and pristine nature. The food is really tasty and they offer a great variety of options. The bar is a cozy place to relax after a day out in the snow, with a warm atmosphere and fun games to play. The staff is polite and helpful, always ready to assist you with any request. The room was clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and warm blankets.
The hotel is a bit far from the ski slopes and the bus schedule is not very frequent, so transportation may be an issue. , there was no Wi-Fi signal in the room, which is a bit inconvenient for travelers who need to stay connected.

Nestled amidst beautiful mountains, this hotel offers a perfect refuge for nature lovers. the rooms are cozy and come equipped with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. You can also indulge in a delicious breakfast spread before heading out to explore Krkonose mountains. the wellness spa is also a great space to relax after an adventurous day.
The parking access road to the hotel needs more maintenance, posing a challenge during the icy and snowy season.

Had a lovely Easter weekend in the mountains! Really enjoyed the tasty bohemian food and cozy bar with the fireplace and games. the location close to the ski area and beautiful landscape view from the room were definite highlights.
Wi-Fi signal wasn't great and some of the rooms could use some updates. the ski rental nearby didn't open in the morning, which was a bummer.

I was delighted with the warm and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt welcomed and at ease. The beautiful decor, with its quaint furniture and charming details, reminded me of a cozy mountain cottage. The general areas were well-maintained and accessible, making it easy for us seniors to navigate.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff during my stay. It would have been helpful if they were more attentive and understanding towards the needs of senior guests.
